Is there a fee for these services?
No, all program services are free for enrolled families.

How do I enroll in the program?
Please call our program at 708-614-4510 ext. 4231 to request an eligibility screening. A Family Support Specialist will call to schedule a home visit appointment to conduct a child develop-mental screening and parent interview. Eligible families that choose to enroll will be assigned to a Family Support Specialist.

How often will you come to my home?
After enrollment, visits will either be weekly or every other week, depending on your family’s needs. Family Support Specialists will spend about an hour with you and your child at each visit.

What happens when my child turns 3?
During the 6 months prior to your child’s third birthday, your Family Support Specialist will work with you to plan your child’s next step, whether it is preschool, child care or some other activity that will support your goals for your child’s early education.
